Ira began his career in 1984 as a stockbroker with First Jersey Securities, driven by a passion for helping people achieve financial independence. Over the years, he honed his skills at renowned firms like Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. Seeking to provide his clients with impartial, personalized advice, he founded the Work Financial Group in West Palm Beach, FL, in 1996.

When he’s not helping clients, Ira enjoys traveling, motorcycle rides, and golf with his wife Elaine. They reside in Nashville and are proud parents of four children.
