Staff Responsibilities

  • Confidentiality: Employees must keep all proprietary information, including Nonpublic Personal Information (ie: address, SSN, account balances, health information), confidential.
  • Identity Verification: Employees will verify the identity of anyone requesting personal information to prevent identity theft.
  • Texting: Only as authorized by you, appointment reminders only will be sent via SMS.
  • Reporting: Suspicious activities are reported immediately to senior staff.

Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to “opt out” of sharing your financial and personal details with our agents, advisors, and affiliated institutions. If you choose to opt out, your information will not be shared with anyone you specify.
